Where do we get our information from?

 

Information we receive directly from you when you fill in membership, vehicle dating request and show attendance forms.

To include you on the magazine distribution list.

To remind you when your membership is due for renewal.

To let you know of our upcoming shows.

To tell you of any changes to the clubs’ aims and objectives.

We’ll process your personal information to provide you with information, and services about the club and its activities.

 

 

How long do we keep your information for?

 

We’ll keep your membership information for 12 months following the expiry of your membership.

We’ll keep your show entry for 12 months after the show.

We’ll keep your vehicle dating information for 12 months

 

 

Who do we share your personal information with?

 

We will only disclose details of your name and email address to other members of the All American Auto Club if you have agreed to be on the club roster.

We will not transfer or share your information with any third party.

 

 

Your rights

 

To access the personal data we hold about you.

To make us correct any inaccurate data we hold about you.

To make us erase any personal data we hold about you on termination of your membership.

To receive personal data, which you have provided us, in a structured, commonly used format.  You also have the right to make us transfer this personal data to another organisation.
